The solution specification is produced utilising the company's strategic orientation and our capabilities components repository. At this stage the expected solution benefits are quantified. A demonstrator is used to clarify and refine the specification and to provide an initial verification of the benefits.
The solution is produced through staged deliverables, each of which is customer approved before moving to the next stage.
